Poor man's Hot Chocolate fudge
Why do I call it the poor man's hot chocolate fudge?
Because,
- It is cheap (only 20 to 25 Rs. as against the 45 Rs. Fudge sold at 'Corner House')
- It has groundnuts instead of cashews and badam
But WHAT THE HELL? it tastes much better than any HCF that I have ever tasted. Few minutes after buying it, the Hot chocolate melts the vanilla ice cream and forms a concoction that tastes wonderful. (the plastic container too may slightly melt at the heat of the chocolate and give a unique flavor to the concoction...Hee Hee Hee)
Where can you get the poor man's HCF?
Bangalore, Brigade road. In the stall in front of Rex Theatre.
What made me write this post?
Two days back, I got this urge to eat HCF. So I bought vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce and cashews from the 'retail giant' and made some nice home made 'Fat man's HCF' and savored it. It tasted much good with a generous helping of chocolate sauce. I need to buy more sauce and cashews from the giant to finish off the left over ice cream.
