Looks like the honey-moon is over

today I had a meeting with my advisor and 2 doctors from the emory school of medicine. We are working on a collabration project in medical imaging.

In the meeting, I came to know that there is another group that is working on the same project and we are in a pressure to get the results much ahead of our rivals, so that we can be the owners of the technology. This means that within the next 2 months, I will have to get a near final result and should be able to submit the work for a popular conference and journal.

It is going to be a daunting task. should have to put in a lot of effort for that and sacrifice a lot of pleasure :( Lemme see how it turns out!!!!
