I ran the dreammile

About the dreammile...

It is a 5Km run organized as a fund raiser for Vibha. The event was on Sep 22, 2007. I covered the 5Km in 28 minutes and 32 seconds. The best timing was 17minutes. Here are some pictures from the event.

    Dheivameeeeeeee.........I truly appreciate your hard work in slimming down...Tell us the secret da!! Btw, how do you train for long distance running (well 5 km is 5 km), a blog entry about the same would be highly appreciated!!

    looks like you got a bit free from the MBA schedule!

    make the jogging time a slowly increasing function and the food consumption a slowly decreasing function. In 2 or 3 months you will see the difference. Thats it!

    and I am a bit sad that I couldn't do any justice to our swimming lessons by including swimming in the weight loss.
